Great Dane Posted February 24, 2014 Share Posted February 24, 2014 Greetings everyone, I was wondering if anybody knows which QSA bars field-marshal John French (a major-general at the time) was awarded for the Boer war? I know he had 7 bars, where 3 of them were "Elandslaagte", "Relief of Kimberley" and "Driefontein". And based on his merits in the war, I can guess that he probably had "Paardeberg", "Transvaal" and "Cape Colony" too... but it is only a guess... Does anybody know?
