Well I know this is Hamburg related due to the cross as I recognise the symbol. It would appear someone has snipped of the long service from the mini pin, why I don't know?

Shame about the mini pin.

I believe the regs changed during WW2 that mandated no more than 3 devices on stickpins. Alles in ordnung.

Thanks for the info, I will bare that in mind in future if I see stickpins longer than 3. I presume that included WW2 awards? So you would only expect to see the senior 3 awards on a pin?
