Help to identify two stick pins.

Can anyone help me to identify these two stick pins? It has been suggested to me that the one on the right is the German Army Proficiency Badge but the one on the left is unknown.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I believe Imperial German Post office on the left and post 1945 Bundeswehr eagle on the right.

On the right is a miniature of the "Leistungsabzeichen" in Bronze, the lowest grade.
