I agree a wonderful award. I recently picked up the same example and have seen this type often on forums. 

Does anyone know if this would this be considered the official presentation award??

Does anyone know who the manufacture was??

Yes I think this type is the official and usual presentation award, because you see this type most often.

The manufacture badly I don´t know, maybe someone can help.

Here is a Grandfather, Father and Son group out of my trade box.... unfortunately it seems he did not get an award document or he lost it... the family knew nothing about it... but there is a WW1 and WW2 EK2 doc as father or son Combo!
