A good close-up of the disc would help, but from what I can see it is not German.  The word appears to be "Technicka" which make it either Russian or Slovic.  Jim

Hi Jim

I can see it better with an eye glass but this picture may be a little clearer- phone cam blurs when too close to it.

thanks loads Jim

i now see it as technika.....

Do you think that would still be a possible Russia/Slovic word?

i’ll get looking on google....

Hi Tony, it is a Slavic name and probably from Czechoslovakia.  Jim
