Italian/French medal?

Google translates "Reparti mitragliatrici modello 907 F" as "Machine gun departmets 907 F".

That particular machine gun model is French made which is probably why it has both French and Italian women on relief.

The text translates to Machine Gun (Model 1907) Section. During the First World War the Italians used St Etienne machineguns acquired from the French in addition to the more widely used Fiat machineguns.
