Help me to identify this Russian Orthodox order

This order is in my collection almost two decades, and I have found it in France.

I have checked all Russian Orthodox Church orders and medals and somehow I couldn’t find it. Knowing russian language a bit, I can be quite sure that this is Russian language (not Ukrainian or Belorussian).

Can anyone help me and explain me the nature of this order?

This is presumably   3rd class.

Many thanks. I know nothing about their decorations. 

I thought that’s a church award.

The article does not appear to give any categorical raison d' etre. I suspect there may be some religious element in the award.
