Cross of Honor 2nd class of the Prussian State Veterans (or warriors) Association. Landes actually means 'country'. But, in this case I think it should be translated as 'state'. 'Krieger' more accurately means 'warrior'. But, I think 'veteran' could be used in a looser translation.
