August von Mackensen decorations

Hello everyone

I think that these are the ones he is wearing ( from top to bottom) 

Pour le mérite ( with oak leaves)

Grand iron cross (beneath pour le mérite)

Iron cross 1870 (with oak leaves ?)

Grand star of the order of the black eagle

And the last one I don't know. Its an iron cross of some sort but I'm not aware that he has any more. Could someone tell me what it is or provide a list of his decorations? I appreciate the help!
