Linasl
Hello. I have 2 Finland regimental badges. Each is numbered on the back. Can you please help me identify each, as well as what time period? Thanks. Linas
Great Dane
The one with the blue enamel is a Lotta Svärd badge. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lotta_Svärd
Linasl
Thanks. Could the second be Lotta Svärd too? It has the initials 'LS'
Great Dane
You may be right... at least there was one for sale on ebay described as "Lotta Svärd WW II Ski and Walking Badge 2nd Class"... Bear in mind, though, that that is not necessarily a correct description... just what the seller thinks it is... https://www.ebay.com/itm/Finland-Finnish-Lotta-Svard-WW-II-Ski-and-Walking-Badge-2nd-Class-Silver/114098519487
