(start reading from the right column near the medal) 1) Award Bureau, President, Court Rank 3rd junior, Merit Order 4th Class, Yasumaro Shimojo. 2+3) Registration number 286.416 in the Incident 1931-1934 medal registry. 4) Award Bureau, Secretary, Court Rank 5th senior, Merit Order 4th Class, Hitoshi Ide.
