Cuban Berets - Some questions

Had these for a while and absolutely no clue about them. Was told they are both Cuban. This has raised a few questions and so far I haven't been able to find out much about them . . . Are they Cuban? Also, idea on era? They aren't marked as far as I can see, except the one has an "8" in the center of the inside.

I can confirm the legitimacy of these two beret, you can see boths in the attached pics

Thank you so much! Is there a meaning to the different colour bands? Also, any thoughts on era? Thanks for the help!

No differences, it's just Cuba! certainly they were used by the militia until 2009, in 2011 we have already seen the replacement with those in green/brown felt
