Unusual / Unique Medal Groups

Recommended Posts

Hi all, has anyone here seen or owned any unique or rare medal combinations? I've labelled this as British medals but any unique or rare combinations are welcome!

Pictured is a group from a thread on unusual groups featuring QSAs or ABOs from the Anglo-Boer War Forum.

Do miniature medals count? This miniature medalbar to Adolphus of Teck is in my collection. The gold 1897 medal makes this unique or otherwise very rare.

Single most unique group I've ever seen. Infantryman in WW2 in the Wehrmacht and RCAF padre in his later years.

Not seen that photo before. Who is he?
