This clasp, with the bomber and fighter ones was the first to be attributed on 30 Jan 1941 (Luftwaffen-Verordungsblatt, Ziff 137)

The 29 April 1944 (L.V.Bl., Ziff 615) was institued the numbered pendants (Anh?nger zur goldenen Frontflug-Sange mit Einsatzzahl).

Starting with 200, they went by hundred 300, 400, 500...... and according to Dr. Klietmann, went to 1800 (except of course Obersleutnant Rudel).
