first names of german officers z.V.

Hello gentlemen

I am creating a Stellenbesetzung of the dt. Heeres 9.39 - 5.45 and I am trying to possibly add/give first names to all officers where they are missing   

In Personalveränderungen I found many officers (in particular Oberste + Oberstleutnante "z.V.") without first names. First names which I found nowhere, not even in Invenio/BArch.

So I wonder whether You have them in this Forum, maybe in officers lists before sept. 1939 (from about 1918, when they were probably Hauptleute + Oberleutnante, to about 1938, when they were probably already Oberste or Oberstleutnante "z.V." + already Oberstleutnante or Majore "z.V."). Do You think that You can help me ? I hope so.....

For this names matter I usually had time ago a good friend specialist (Dave Danner) but since many months I have no news about him, do You maybe know something more ?
