ChrisKelly Posted November 14 Posted November 14 I purchased this helmet thirty years ago from a militaria shop in North Charleston, South Carolina. A guy named George Birringer replaced the leather liner and chinstrap [using original hardware] with sheepskin. The helmet cover is made from a genuine Heer Zeltbahn. The decal is a reproduction. 1
