Thailand - Medalribbon ID help needed

does someone know, which medal is represented by this ribbon? (its a thai ribbonbar and this ribbon in the last place) - as my thai-medal-books are not up to date, i wasn't lucky in finding it.

and this would make sens, as it is the "youngest" decoration on the bar and in the last place after a few other commemorative decorations!
