Thanks, George. That will be a helpful reference.

Don't worry too much if you can't find a mark there, though. For the past couple of years I have been working with a partial copy of a 350-page book on the subject. I was hoping to get an original this summer but so far it hasn't happened. It's quite amazing how many of these marks have been catalogued.
