I do hope that I'm on the right site. I'm a Novelist and was look on the Internet for information - seeing your site I thought to register and now; requesting some help if that's possible.
Specifically looking for the procedure for a submarine to surface under an emergency?
I'd done some research as to the submarine works, but then Never been in any Navy doesn't help me much in this regard as to the various question I have.
If you can help me in some way, I'd really appreciate it.
