The HJ Leader's awards are a 1939 KVK2X, the 1941/42 East Medal, and a Westwall Medal.

Again, there is absolutely nothing in this combination to suggest a Nazi Party rather than Wehrmacht wearer. This fellow is one of those who managed to "part-time" BOTH sorts of service.

What is and is not "correct" on a given uniform depended on what the weaer'ss "day job" was.
