Crown & Swords Prussian 20

This 2 piece device is on a 1930s/early WW2 tab backed bar. Although the individual tab backings were holed for ONE device, that hole didn't line up for two separate devices like these. The ribbon bar outfitter simply bent the prongs over--rather crudely as we can see the prong above the ribbon from the swords-- under the ribbon on top of the ribbon just like the first type of WW1 bars.
