This "flattened" style of a solid crown over swords is the most common found on ANY 1930s-40s ribbons for WW1 awards with those two components.

It is most commonly found on Bavarian Military Merit Cross/Order ribbons. On the Prussian "Iron Cross" ribbon here, it is for a Hohenzollern House Order 3rd Class with Swords.
