Leaves & Swords: Baden 4

These are on a WW2 half height ribbon bar to a Luftwaffe medical general. The device is taller than this style of ribbon.

Any combination showing the "cabbage" is unusual, and finding ONLY swords on the Z?hringen Lion Order's ribbon does not necessarily mean the wearer did not have the oakleaves-- only that any of these devices was not ordinary military effects shop stock.
