Wreath: Round Gold W?rttemberg

This is the authorized device for W?rttembergs Gold Military Merit Medal, given to junior officers and enlisted ranks provided they had already received the Iron Cross 1st Class.

The Order, which could only be awarded to officers, had a green enamelled wreath (see scans of that). The lower ranking Silver Medal was not supposed to have any device on this ribbon, but can sometimes be found improperly "dressed up" wityh a matching silver wreath which is at least logical given the green and gold ones.
