Weimar Weirdness 02

This tiny photograph is simply dated 1934. The German Air Sport League uniform does not indicate whether this highly decorated WW1 officer pilot would go on to the "underground Luftwaffe" or remain in the civilian but politicized NSFK.

His ribbon bar is quite incorrect-- see closeup for his "fashion statement."
