SS Runes: FAKE

Never never never were two sets of SS runes worn together-- immediate, 5 feet away tip-off. But the "Where Eagles Dare" Hollywood types always thing Mo' Is Bettuh, and if ONE fake is "good," two will sell higher.


Notice the rounded "macaroni" or "Cheetohs" shapes of the ridges and the dead-flat tops and bottpoms of the runes. These are often hand filed to "improve" tyhe, but are so crudely done that it is obvious. Despite the rounded look of these, they feel raspy, like the file on a nail clipper, rubbed on a fingertip.
