Swords: Waldeck Silver 01

The Principality of Waldeck's house order and affiliated medals had several classes which could have used silver swords, so this does not tell us whether it is an officer's or an enlisted man's bar without other clues.

This was the war ribbon for that Imperial federal state-- although it was, confusing, a peacetime ribbon in the nearby Principality of Reuss! So here is a case where the same ribbon was used in two different places for diffrent awards



and only devices or lack thereof tells us which was which!
