Eagle: 1936 Olympics Decoration 2nd Class

Yup, that's right. The device for the 2nd Class--enamelled medal bar decoration-- is a plain old gold Wehrmacht army/navy eagle.

Now before Naughty People start "improving" ribbon bars by jamming one onto plain Medal ribbons: I have seen less than a handful in 40 years that seemed plausible. MOST of these went to foreigners, or senior people. So one is NOT going to show up on a KVK2X, Ostmedaille/Olympics 3 ribbon bar.
