The world's most overdecorated over the hill Leutnant and Gerd Frobe impersonator is in violation of the WW2 regulation requiring "old Wehrmacht" awards be REPLACED by "new Wehrmacht" equivalents for the duration.

But I'll forgive him for a very good reason seen in the following closeup.
