Wreath: Round Green Austrian 02

This green lacquered wreath on a 25mm width ribbon is supposed to indicate a Military Merit Cross 3rd Class with War Decoration (?M3K).

Alas for the inventive ribbon bar outfitter way back when, the CORRECT device was a plain GOLD wreath. Typical Weimar/Third Reich "tailor embellishment."
