Crown & Swords: Prussian Gold 16
Again, for the Prussian Hohenzollern House Order 3rd Class with Swords on combatant War Ribbon.
For non-Imperial collectors, this may be starting to get boring, with so many variations of the "same" device. But this was the highest Prussian award for officers to be worn on ribbon bars and is often the key to making an identification of an anonymous bar. It was the equivalent of the German Cross in Gold in WW1.
Whatewver gold finish was on this hass worn away to the bronze base metal. Notice the unusual "heart shaped" separate crown-- hand fitted to snuggle into the angle of the blades.
