Unknown Turkish Captain with TWM and a little more...

Just throwing this out there, but could the second photo be a Polish Uniform ?
I know the Poles adopted the American style Eagle on some outfits.
The Polish eagle looks different.
I have two theories:
1. Some kind of costume or marching band dress
2. The dress uniform of a militia unit

As far as I know this type of sport medals were general purpose - the empty place engraved with an actual inscription for instance 1st Place or similar.
The word "verseny" means tournament.

Thanks in advance!

Probably the world's most informative WWI memorial: the commemorative plaque of the m. kir. 15. Honvéd Infantry Regiment and the 15. Népfelkelő (Landsturm) Infantry Regiment.
Budapest, courtyard of the Hungarian Military Museum.0 -
I think Hanoverian, the GV cypher would be for Georg V (1851-66) this would make more sense.

Paul: You are genius!
According Knötel's note : "Das Motto des Garde-Hussar-Regiment lautete: Peninsula - Waterloo - El Bodon"
Thank You very much Gentlemen! It was tricky!

Nice. I really like these little memorials all over Europe. Quite interesting. This one will cause me to make a coffee stop in Komárom should I ever be in the region.
IrishGunner: Komárom was a garrison town (since the Roman times) - so we have three more WWI memorials in the southern side. In addition we have fortresses, maritime museum and thermal spa so Korárom worth more than a coffe break.
Nearly on all Hungarian settlement can you find WWI memorials - as an 1917 act prescribed for every municipality. Later I will show some of them.
Colin: Thanks, I love this song. And I collect old photograps...

Supposedly came from Iraq...an Iraqi M 90 helmet was pressed into it as "liner". No markings, only a rude leather chinstrap. It is possible that it's an Iraqi helmet?

A relief for memory of the K.u. K. 9. Reitende Artillerie Regiment (Mounted Artillery Regiment) in Komárom, on the side wall of the Roman Catholic Church. Erected in 1930, the sculptor was a decorated WWI veteran.

I think it is a Merchant Marine tunic, but I'm little bit unsure with the details.
Button(s), 8 in two row.
Rank insignia
The middle band is purple, so I think the owner was Chief Engineer (Lt.).
The ribbons
Korea Medal, 1939-45 Star, Burma Star, Defence Medal.
I would be happy for any confirmation or extra information!

What do you think Gentlemen?
This RFA officer's peaked cap is fit for the above uniform or not?

A Model 1905 SD cap with RMP cap badge with cypher of King George VI.
The cap seems OK to me, but as far as I know this type used very long period by the RMP.
But I'm not sure with the badge...
I would be happy for any additional informations!

Thank You for the useful thoughts! It is an old mystery...
The details in bigger size, might be useful:0 -
The vehicle is a Rába Botond (officiallay: Botond 1938M mintájú terepjáró rajgépkocsi), the most successful product of the WWII-era Hungarian war industry.
Some details and photos:

The helmet's shell was the same as the german but the liner was hungarian-made. Note the different ventilation holes and the lug on the nape.
