Great photo postcards Ksg. Thanks for sharing them.
If you can read "postcard" German maybe you could try reading a card with four soldiers that I have placed above and give me a hand. The reverse with the text is in the German uniforms etc. section.
Have a Merry Christmas

Kjell,
When the Russian surplus Tokarevs started being imported into this country, I bought one and found that it was a converted AVT. It had the stock with two safety cutouts and all. It had been converted to Semi auto and the safety lever only turned one way. I sold it a few years later and wish I still had it, it would probably worth some good money to a serious collector. You have a nice piece, you should take it out and fire it just once.
Dan
Hi Dan
I'm always thinking it?s more valuable if its unused, but I?m not going to sell it so.....If I?l test it I will post picture here.

Cased 1. class spange
in Germany: All Eras: The Iron Cross

Glad you liked them! The picture don't give it the full credit ( also taken whit my old camera ) The "spange" is absolutely beautifully, the contrast between the polished parts and the frosting are absolutely stunning! Will post a new closeup shot when I get my new camera back from repair.
