      This of course could be a cap badge .I have searched high and low to find any reference or photos of it .I thought a good guess would be the 2nd Gebigdivision.Herewith photo of back .Only the solder remains where the pin was fitted and there is no maker mark visible.It is a struck badge ,excellent quality ,non magnetic.
