That would have been custom made, there is (or at least used to be) a tailor's shop outside of Fort Bragg that would make these up for just about any foreign badge you had. when we were still allowed to wear foreign badges on combat uniforms I had several made for various foreign jump wings, so that I had a different set of wings for each uniform.
