Thanks Red.
I have now found this book on them......
http://stabikat.staatsbibliothek-berlin.de...L=1/SHW?FRST=10
There were over 30 different types, and different artists were commissioned to produce each of them, using their own styles.
Here's another currently on eBay, commemorating the U-9........

Here are the hussars in close-up. Mackensen's army apparently took 100,000 Russian prisoners at Lodz, and a column of PoWs can be seen snaking into the distance.
There's something about this scene that reminds me of the final battle in LOTR 2 - 'The Two Towers'!

I picked this up on eBay, but I'm not 100% sure what it is. I bought it because of the Totenkopfhusaren.
As I understand it, these Vivat ribbons were produced to commemorate German victories, famous warships, etc. and were sold in aid of the German Red Cross. Some buyers apparently used them as bookmarks, but does anyone know if they had any other purpose, other than a decorative one? It's made from a fine silk weave, with the design printed on.

Many thanks again Glenn.
That's much appreciated.

The one of the left is from an NSKK Speer Transport Unit.
The one on the right is the 1937 Hokey-Kokey Champion.
Looks like another caption competition in the making.

Robert.
Your badge is a nice original.

The suspension looks Italian. It could be something given to Italian Fascists after Hitler's election in 1933.
I've never seen another like it though.

That little van is just fantastic! And they got the colours right too!
I wonder if the company's still around?
Swift name change needed, I think!
