I knew I had that photo somewhere in my data base.

This is D.P.M.P. Order of the Crown of Perak 2nd Class set from the 2nd type (watch my previous post showing the 3 type in their Member ranks);

The 2nd type retain the ribbon from 1st Type, but design of badge evolute from 8 to 9 points and also center changes.

The Ordre of Sultan Ismael was created in 1974. So I have never seen one in Malaysia.

When it was created it was awarded in 2 classes : 1st class S.S.I.J. (it's a sash badge star shaped with 9 points and a breast star with 9 points + Collar).I was able to recently purchased such a set (picture below).The hallmarks are for Birminghams in 1979. The 2nd class D.S.I.J. was a sash badge 7 points and a breast star with 7 points.

I have purchased from that seller another decoration that seems to be linked to Order of Sultan Ismael, but it seems there is no 3rd class yet. By the way it seems a Bintang Sultan Ismael exist (a breast badge). Taz had posted a picture of it some years ago.

This is a clearer picture of the Perak D.P.M.P (Order of the Crown of Perak) of my collection.

D.P.M.P. is 2nd class set of Order of the Crown.

People will get confuse, because they do NOT know that the shape of Order of the Crown has been modified during the reign of Sultan Azlan.

This set is the current version, but it's third version.

Sultan Pahang just celebrated his 40th anniversary as a Sultan. I'm not sure if there's any medal issue..

The give-away is the image of the late Sultan, Abu Bakar of Pahang

The picture of St. Michael is the obverse [front] of the medal while St. George on his horse slaying the dragon is the reverse side.
