Died in Jelabuga (USSR), POW camp number 97 (http://www.partner-inform.de/partner/detail/2008/5/232/2934), in this camp were officers who were captured at Stalingrad (14.Pz.Div. was in Stalingrad).
From 1943 to 1948 in this camp 708 prisoners died, including 603 german prisoners.

Yes, it is Wolf and it is a stamp. His sig is basically always found stamped from the mid-war years on.
