Do you by chance have a site(s) that have ribbon charts for JROTC and ROTC? If so I'd be grateful if you could pass them along.
Go to the site you pasted above. Go to the Home Page. Click on Ribbon Charts. Go to ROTC.
That is the link I was going to paste.

The ribbon without clusters is used by several States NG for awards from Distinguished
Service to Commendation.
No one state has all three ribbons current or obsolete that I can find.
Not JROTC, ROTC, CAP, or US Government Agencies that I can find.

Came to me as an extra with a purchase from ebay.
Attachment loops on the back, the RE grenade on the front.
What was it attached to??
Any assistance is appreciated.

The Good Conduct Medal was intended for enlisted soldiers, not officers. So your search is not going to be easy. You could be looking at a myriad of jobs enlisted women held such as Lab Technician, Clerk, or a Driver . . . or something else.

Interesting to say the least.
In 1914 he was 38. My guess would be heart problems, that would take you from active duty to something less stressful. Maybe a stroke later on that required round the clock care.

It doesn't matter to me that these types are to be had in tailor shops and 'da kine'. They are NEW to me is all that matters!

what YEAR it was for
From what I have found the year is probably 2000.
The current King Bhumibol Adulyadej, also spelled Phumiphon Adunlayadet ("Strength of the Land, Incomparable Power"), also called Rama IX came to power in 1946, the coronation being in 1950. He is still in office. I've seen the Longest Reign called 50 year Reign.
The research is ongoing.

Thr primary (top) two are
Knight Commander of The Most Exalted Order of the White Elephant
Knight Commander of The Most Noble Order of the Crown of Thailand
Remember . . . these may not be military (the horror !), Civil Service (Police or Customs) is a possibility.
My guess as to rank and / or status would be Colonel equivalent, maybe higher.

I think it's Lassiter!
Could very well be.
In both pictures the first two ribbons are the same, DSM and what looks to be a Philippine Campaign.

The top ribbon is for the Distinguished Service Medal, since 1844 were awarded from 1918 to 1926 this isn't gonna be easy. The rest of the ribbons on the first and second rows look to be campaign medals. The bottom rows look like foreign awards, I spy a rosette or two in there.
Finding a list of Hawaiian Department Commanders will produce names, finding said list isn't easy.
The US Army began transitioned to the open collar in 1926, so this Major General will pre-date that.

General Davis is in photo #1, I have always enjoyed his expression in this one.

It came from eBay (labeled as 'Diplomat') and I like the oddity of it.
I was thinking Navy as well, but the Permanent Overseas Forces LS & GCM stumps me.
My first guess for the last on the bottom row was LdH but wanted to here somebody else say it for confirmation.
