Hello everyone...I just recieved credentials for Erwin Grimmer. He was an SED party leader from Dresden, I believe. If anyone has any information concerning him or this material, please let me know. I will attach more pics...Thanks

hello, the piping indicates the service : yellow is for signalisation (Kornilov's jacket), blue is for machines overhaul (Paul R).
It seems that the visor caps does match the shoulder boards (the chinstrap indicates the ranks too). So Kornilov's uniform shown here is for me complete.
Thank you! If anyone is interested, it is currently listed on the famous auction site. I like it, but I am not a Reichsbahn collector and I will probably want to buy something else down the road.

Here is the one DDR Railway Service uniform I have. This one is custom tailor made and there are no inner stampings. I would love to see anything that falls in your collection under this genre!
Hello, here is my only item(s) representing the DDR Reichbahn. There are no markings inside the tunic.

Here is the Stasi marking inside the tunic. The colors on the boards and collar tabs are brighter in the picture. In reality they are blood red as they are supposed to be. Thank you again for your attention.

Here is another pic that corresponds to the tunic as well.

The hats are quite nice...Thank you for posting them.
And the inside of the old OGPU-era cap. Well worn, but nice. Dated 1925 and has the guy's name.I didn't shoot the NKVD frontier troops budyonovka--its just grey and the stamps don't come out.

I also had a M36 with this type of chinstrap. Some early M40's even have them.
The corrugated bands were sometimes removed as they're pretty flimsy. It looks a good helmet, but I've never seen that kind of cotton material before!
NICE PIECE!
