This medals has been designed, produced and offer by Russia to the Center Africain government.

Quality is very very low and I think we will never see it again.

You could notice the different quality between suppliers over the year.

One main reason: Budget cut. Price during the tender goes really low and in order to win the tender you have to lower the general quality unfortunately.

It is pretty sad but the reality. There is a new tender now I will keep you posted if we win it.
