    1. On post "6" he is not wearing the white service cross but the "Medalla militar".

Concerning the white cross, I can't affirm there is direct relations between this decoration and the swords. I saw grouping where the recipient received either the silver or gold cross with swords and the "Cruz blanca del merito militar".

Great photos! Perhaps it's the lighting, but the officer marching in post #6 seems to be wearing the ribbon of the White war service cross and the Spanish Cross with swords. I would have thought the white cross would have earned a Spanish Cross without swords?

    2. IMO, GWL never made crosses. The one presented on WAF could be a good one, the eagles look like Steinhauer ones, but the MM was added later. Concerning the cross itself it is just a first opinion, without having t in hands, it is difficult to be sure.

    3. Hi,

I personnally do not like it. I don't know original pics showing a massive eyes badge worn. May be other collectors could give their opinions, particularly concerning the reverse and the attach system, pin , hook and hinge; a comparison with manufacturers types used could help us.

    4. Hi Naoki,

OK, it is the Meybauer cross I was talking about. I saw it to the last show. the cross is original IMO and in worn condition, age toned. it is marked 900 with the Meybauer's coat of arms. Such gold cross with this particular maker's mark are rare. Nevertheless, considering the condition, I find the cross over-priced. I certainly should have been interested myself at around 2200, but not 3600.

    5. Hi Naoki,

These cut out swords have already been explained in this forum.

To be simple, the most logical theory is that some manufacturers only used one die, with swords, and simply cut out the swords to make requested crosses. This could have been also made by the retailer's houses. I observed that i.e. Meybauer, Juncker didn't used special die for w/o swords crosses. Generally the swords are cut close to the circle, but sometimes, like your cross Naoki, they have been cut close to the eagles.

    6. Hi,

I didn't see this "CEJ 900" to sell by Huesken. Could you post few pics ? I saw a good one at the last Stuttgart show, but I don't remember who was the dealer. the cross was in worn condition but fine looking. I don't remember the price was so high. Huesken is selling over priced on some items, for exemple he currently sell a gold Meybauer cross, wich is fine but worn, and the price is around 3600?.

    7. Here is a picture of my crosses. the two on top are from the same cross.

the flaw seems to be present on all the three cross, raising more or less.

    8. Here are pictures of Legion Condor translaters attached to the Imker Gruppe Horch company.

To be noted the special insignia worn on the overseas cap and left pocket, but also the Horch Coy special badge worn on the left arm.
