Greetings, I hope it is OK to post this question here. I have acquired a jacket and I am trying to identify it. So far all I have found, from the collar patches, is that it is possibly that of a Technische Truppe from the following:

 The label in the inner breast pocket is titled "OSKAMP NORDHORN". I have attached photos of the jacket front and the label.

Any help would be much appreciated.
