I'm not sure what the time range of your interest is, but I can give you some info on the post Haldane Reforms to WW1 period.
As part of the Home Counties Territorial Force Division, Kent provided 3 (Cinque Ports) Brigade RFA. The 1st Kent Battery were located in Dover, with a drill hall in Liverpool Street; while the 2nd Kent Bty was based in Folkestone, their drill hall being in Shelton Street. The 3rd Kent Bty was split between Ramsgate and Margate, while the Brigade Ammunition Column was based in Deal and Sandwich.
