Sorry, thanks for the correction! Yes, of course it is a Bayonet 98!The labels for the edged weapons vary greatly (especially in the postwar equipment), therefore I got one confused.0

Hello Gentlemen!
Today I present you the German Bayonet 98/02 with saddlebacks. It was usually part of the equipment of the non-commissioned officers (Unteroffiziere).
This particular bayonet was found in a sewer and professionally restored. The handles and sheath were complemented.
Here it is depicted in comparsion with the standard version which was later replaced by the 98/05 ("German butcher blade bayonet").
Bye, Tobias

The East German Police Tschako was made of bakelite. The insignia were completed with the GDR badge in the autumn of 1961.

Today I'm going to show you the direct comparison of a Gubener GDR hunting hat and a WWII "Reichsforsthut" with emblems from shortly after the war.
The "Waldbluse" corresponds to the same pattern as the WWII model and was used in this until 1990.
The breeches were held in mouse grey, but also the stone grey of the NVA was used.
The shaft boots had no heels.
Bye,
Tobias

The battle dress tunic from the "Filzlausuniform" could be buttoned into the trousers. At the beginning of the 1960s the Feldparker was introduced into the Bundeswehr. The Moleskin suit of the Bundeswehr that's shown here was used as far back as the 1990s.The jacket is from 1964 (unfortuntely fadet) and the pants from 1966 (in the best condition).Bye Tobias0
