Hello Everybody, I have a question about the Wehrmacht LS awards. Were they ONLY awarded to those in a regular status? What about the following situation; a man with 4 years service in WW1 (or I guess later) (or 3 years 14-18 and one year 1938/9) who is called up/volunteers (ie a non regular) in 1938/39... can he receive a 4 year medal as well? Assuming of course he gets his paper work in before the outbreak of the war. Thanks Jim

Hello Everyone I am trying to find the citation( or motivazione) for the award of Knight of the Military Order of Italy to General Carlo GOTTI. The Quirnale site tells me he received the award on 24/11/47 but gives no citation. Any help or pointers in the right dircection would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jim
