Hi, I have a pair of antique silver and enamel Cufflinks which bear the insignia and motto of the Shanghai international Settlement but also seem to have a star surround which looks like they may be related to one of the authorities. Has anyone come across anything like these before? Any information would be very welcome! Thank you!
