Maybe a clear, sharp picture will help. That is ALWAYS the first step into getting reliable responses. In this time and age we can't suffice with such crappy pics anymore. The technology is there for good, sharp pics.

That said, I am afraid by the looks of these bad pics that it is a cast fake. Better pics as said will get more reliable judgements.

The last part of the unit mentioned is the Львовский военный округ so in full it's the Sanitary Independant Lvov Military District.

She's a Lieutenant in the medical service btw, Мед служба. The unit is Sanitary Independant Lvov military hospital if I am correct.

Емец Максим Парфенович / Maksim Parfenovich Emets and he's a senior technical Lieutenant from the 331st ??? Aviation Division. Can't figure it out exactly. Some parts are hard to read for me.

Or it's a service/branche symbol on the shoulderboard apart from one star. That is most plausable to me. Not certain about the unit she served in. I couldn't find her on Pamyat Naroda and here it is complicated to decipher for me due to the abbreviations. Perhaps some anti aircraft unit?

Her name is Maria Andreevna Yankina (янкина мариа андреевна) in the rank of junior lieutenant.

The OG I # 1049, awarded to Guards Sergeant Veligantsev A.F., mechanic and driver of a SU85, is now sold on the New York Sale auction for the price of $ 8400.

I've also never seen such minis? Never even heard of these. Are these originally awarded mini orders or perhaps made by veterans themselves? What's the history behind these?

Maybe also time for me to show my Full cavalier set. The set is awarded to Senior Sergeant Vladimir Romanovich Madzhar, gun commander of an artillery piece, who was awarded his Glory 1st class on June 27 1945 for fighting at Kunzendorf where he fought off an enemy attack, killing 20 Germans and furthermore taking one officer as prisoner and killing 2 Germans with his personal weapon. The Glory 1st class I bought from Matt (sovietorders.com) some years ago and he knew where the remaining medals were so he helped me to reunite this grouping which came with originals documents from the archives.

Sadly the Red Star is missing from this grouping.

Speaking of, the New York sale will have in their January 24 auction another OGI up for auction, # 1049 awarded to Guards Sergeant Veligantsev A.F., mechanic and driver of a SU85.
