    6. We know that Steinhauer manufactured Oakleaves during WW2 from their presence in Steinhauer's 1940/41 catalogue but most collectors will exercise caution and in the absence of firm provenance assume that any S&L Oakleaves they see are 57 sets.

Many S&L Oakleaves have a distinctive flaw presumably caused by damage to the die. The resulted is a raised flaw along the right hand edge of the centre leaf, between the edge of the leaf and the raised rib of the lower leaf.

Hi,Gordon!! I am looking for Ritterkreuz with swords and orkleaves.Price is about 40.000$!!! I am studying Orkleaves every time. It's a very difficult!! FAKE orkleaves or real orkleaves???

    7. Hi All...

Here's yet another unmarked EKII, There are a couple of things about this one that are making me wonder. Firstly, I would like to hear some of your opinions on it.

It is in very good condition with a 'mirror-like' frame and quite a bit of frosting still visible on the beading. The (magnetic) core is almost perfect but with low relief swastika and dates. The 1813 date on the reverse seems to have some sort of 'double stamp'.

Initially, I didn't like the 3's in the dates and thought I might have been 'Floched'... but now I'm not so sure...

Any advice or comments are greatly appreciated!

      Regards - Danny

As for this bronze chapter, a sword is cut. I do not cut a solution for some reason. It is Unmarked. I do not cut a genuine article or an imitation or a solution. I found it in a curio shop.

Thank you Sal & Jacqces! I value this. I thought this to be FAKE. My study was short. When it was produced, did it cut it to reinforce an eagle? Or why is it? I wondered.

    9. I was Jacques, but I am not sure which of his photos accuratly represents the TRUE color of his cross?

Sorry.I photographed it under a fluorescent lamp and an incandescent lamp so that a color of this item delicately changed by a place and light to watch. The photograph that a color is photographed thinly is not right. I think that the photograph which Gordon enlarged greatly or a detail photograph of the part which spread of here is a near color. Actually, it is the gold that is almost yellow. Had better I send a good photograph?
