Lisaflo

Hi all, I'm researching a medal my grandfather got from a "fancy German family" while in Germany many years ago - he was born about 1901 and died in 1979. I haven't found a photo exactly like it online. I've attached one here. It has the number 265 stamped on the back and the crown on the front is more elaborate than other Prince Alfons medals I've seen. Has anyone seen one of these or can tell me more about who received these and why? Google hasn't helped much. Many thanks in advance
